A Semimicro Modification of the Karr Urea Determination Method Using the Somogyi Serum Filtrate

A semimicro adaptation of the Karr method that uses a 1:21 Somogyi filtrate is described. The method compares favorably with the Karr method and the Van Slyke and Cullen aeration method.
