Pre-albumin, albumin, orosomucoid, agr-antitrypsin, agr-macroglobulin, beta1A-globulin, IgG, IgA, and IgM were assayed in the serum of patients with chronic persistent hepatitis, chronic aggressive hepatitis, and postnecrotic cirrhosis. When results were evaluated by multivariate analysis, a good discrimination was obtained, especially between chronic aggressive hepatitis and postnecrotic cirrhosis.
